BEST Itinerary

Here is the Bike Every State Tour itinerary. It begins on September 1, 2024 in Anchorage, followed by a 3-hour flight to Seattle. The first week will be challenging due to the flight and the long distance between states, but your mind and legs will still be fresh at this point. The van will head east towards the Great Lakes, driving past Lake Michigan on Day 13.

From there, it's a relatively straight shot eastward to Maine, where you can dip your toes in the Atlantic Ocean on Day 21. States are small and the drives are short, so you'll have a little more time to relax and recover. The halfway point comes in New Jersey on Day 25, then the van will make its way south towards Florida for a taste of the Gulf of Mexico on Day 36.

Now it's time for a westward journey, reaching what we regard as the best riding in the country during the final week. You'll complete the final mainland ride in Nevada on Day 49.

Celebration must wait, as you prepare for a 6-hour flight to Hawaii. This will make the final ride far from easy, but after Day 50 you can spend as much time lounging on the beach as you'd like.
